Kanten&#8230;so many reasons I love it:

it&#8217;s a naturally ZERO calorie food. That&#8217;s right. I said, ZERO!
it&#8217;s filling and yet not wiggly-jiggly (unlike gelatin);
even the laziest prep yields yummilicious results; and
I grew up eating it!
