Ali Occhialini’s White Bean Crostini

Ali Occhialini, self-avowed pauper, extolls on the makings of a white bean appetizer. Caveat: I would not use a fork on a non-stick pan to go scrapety-scrape – yikes! That’s what it looks like she is using in the video. And, she recommends chicken stock, if the mixture is getting dry. I am betting that a little white wine or vegetable stock would be great too, and thus suitable for vegans.
